Trouble downloading Mixcraft 8 Pro Studio installer

Greetings friends

I just upgraded from Pro Studio 7 to 8 and I'm trying to download the installer. It's taking an insanely long time (as in 31mb of 546mb has taken several hours). The estimated download time fluctuates from a couple hours to a couple days to completely stalled. I've tried multiple PCs: one Win 10 and one Win 7. I've tried Edge and Chrome browsers. All have the same issue. I can download and stream other things just fine. Before anyone suggests it's my computer or connection, it is not. I updated my Pro Studio 7 earlier, and the update downloaded in seconds.

Are there issues with the download server? Is there an alternate download location?

Any insight would be much appreciated, many thanks.

I just test-downloaded MC8 with no problems from here:

The file is 242MB and took about 20 sec.

Okay, I just tested my upgrade link for MC 8 Pro Studio (I upgraded earlier this week), and that file (546 MB) downloaded just fine too -- took about 40 sec.

Did you try disabling your antivirus?

Thanks for trying to help, but no such luck. I was able to download the regular installer fine, but the Pro Studio one continues to start and then stall out. I have disabled all anti-virus, anti-malware, and firewalls to no avail.

Well I was finally able to get it. When the download would stall out, I'd just cancel it and try again. Eventually it worked. Not an ideal solution, but on to making music!

Hey, glad you got it eventually.

I forgot to mention earlier.... I used to suffer from corrupt downloads until I started using a download manager (a Firefox plugin called Down Them All). Stabilizes the download, and does a validation when complete.

I know it doesn't help you now, but maybe in the future...
