Hello,

Just wanted to send a thank-you to the Acoustica tech support team that responded to my ticket where I explained that the Yahoo e-mail address that I originally used to register my copy of Mixcraft has been shut down, and that in order to upgrade to 8 I would need to update my profile to my new e-mail address and be sent the appropriate links to purchase the product. I did all that last night, and everything worked perfectly.

So again, thank you very much. I think it's important that the people who do those jobs know they are appreciated when they solve our problems (maybe they don't hear that enough).

Learning about MC and recording in general can be exceedingly difficult at times, knowing that I have these two resources has been a great help. It's also nice to know that in this day and age there are companies and people who actually care. So, I'm with you, Thanks Acoustica!
