Tap Tempo

Is there a way to assign the "Tap Tempo" to something external using "midi learn". I know that going into the "edit marker" screen there is a tap tempo feature, that one can use the mouse to tap in a tempo, but this button does appear be Midi Learn capable. The ability to use an external pad or button to tap in a tempo would be fabulous. Not sure if this is possible.........

I like the idea - and Iwonder if Tap Tempo is part of the Mixcraft Android app. That would be another way to work with this if the computer keyboard / mouse is not convenient.
