Please don`t shoot me for my ignorance but how do I insert a 4/8 bar measure into a track that I am working on?
I`ve laid down a few tracks but on playback I feel that the hook needs to come in later after a rise. How do I insert more bars across all the the whole track.
Please be kind with you replies as I am dumb and full of Vodka lol

Cheers Mark but that may as well be written in the language of the drink i have consumed for me to understand lol.......is there a simple way of adding 4 bars to a tune from `Say bar 39 to 43` by highlighting `Said` bars and inserting 4 more.....sorry for my stupidity but it is early afternoon in the UK and us Brits like a tipple be a Football match lol.

Set snap to measure, highlight four bars in the timeline and use the "add time" function as shown in the graphic.

Short of finding/creating a step by step video, I don't think I can explain it clearer.........

Well I am either completely stupid or too pissed to follow basic instructions but at no stage, after highlighting the bars I want, has `Add Time` appeared on any pop up......might have to go through the turmoil of moving everything along 4 bars or stop drinking.....problem is drink makes me creative so moving is the only option lol
