I have a volume mixing problem.
I am new to mixcraft. When mixing I cut all my track's volume down in the mixer and then turn up up the volume on my external sound card and mix my tracks until all tracks read at about -6db on the master fader. Now I have no external sound card so I'm pretty much mixing blind because of course the track's volumes effect the master fader. Is there a way I can turn up the volume to hear my tracks without affecting the master fader? Let me remind you that I no longer have an external sound card to help me.

Hi and welcome.
It might help to know more about what you ARE using. I am assuming internal soundcard?
Are you saying the volume control doesn't give enough volume using that? What are you monitoring on? Cans? Monitors?
Maybe you could clarify some things.
