EZ Drummer

Post by J Gretch »

I've been using EZ Drummer in Mixcraft for about 4 years now, usually arming a midi track and playing on a midi keyboard. Not long ago my computer hard-drive started failing and i had to clone all my files to a new drive and reinstall Win-7.
To my surprise Toontrack doesn't offer a download for the old version EZD1 anymore. Is anyone out there using the new EZ Drummer-2 in Mixcraft with older files ?

If by older files you mean the old EZX expansions then yes it works flawlessly. Also if you download the Toontrack Product Manager then you will have access to re-download all your previous registered purchases. I still have access to download my old EZDrummer 1 in there. And I also have to say as a new convert from SONAR to Mixcraft I am very very happy to have made the move.

Thanks slaker101, I had forgotten about the Toontrack Product Manager. Remembering now that they give you the download, and an additional authorization code through the manager. Thanks for jogging my memory :) ....and welcome to Mixcraft !
