Hi,

The video link didn't work for me. What kind of problem are you having?

If you want to adjust the latency, click Abrir Mezciador (Open Mixer) and change your buffer settings there.

Hi,

Well, that's not good. It seems like some kind of audio driver problem. The next time it happens, quit Mixcraft and submit a support request. Attach your mixcraft-log.txt file.

To find the mixcraft-log file, copy the following line:

Code: Select all

%appdata%\Acoustica\Mixcraft\
Press the Windows Key+R to pop up the Run box in Windows. Click in the Run box and press Ctrl+V to paste in the line from above. Finally, click OK to go to the location of the mixcraft-log.txt file. Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.

If you are plugged into USB3, switch it to a USB2 port.

Make sure you have the latest firmware and driver software for the mixer.

Could be plugins?
i just discovered that a track is not doing this, it depends on which track. This i supose discards USB driver and still may be a mixraft probelm with some plugins.

Converting all tracks to audio (with VST FX in tracks) works fine with no stops.
So, discarted ASIO usb driver, Mixer, and Mixcraft.
Im starting to think that could be this plugin (just could be, not sure)

Sounds like a MIDI "hang" or similar. I would wager on the cause being a VSTi or a MIDI plug in of some sort.

It might be useful to know if hitting "MIDI reset" when this is occurring has any effect.

As to the last reply and clue, try restoring the project to where the problem occurs and remove only the suspect VSTi perhaps.
It looks like a "usual suspect" to me either way. Sometimes free comes with a price.
Stay in tune, Mark
