One plugin crashing

Hey,

how can one plugin screw everything up? I put shred amp simulator on a short section
of lead. sounded good.

then its like suddenly FREEZING PLAYBACK really bad. Freezing the whole file in fact.

Hi,

If the problem happens even after restarting your computer, quit Mixcraft and send us your mixcraft-log.txt file.

To find the mixcraft-log file, highlight the following line and press Ctrl+C to copy it:

%appdata%\Acoustica\Mixcraft\

Press the Windows Key+R to pop up the Run box in Windows. Click in the Run box and press Ctrl+V to paste in the line from above. Finally, click OK to go to the location of the mixcraft-log.txt file. Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.

I restarted, and it seems ok now.

I had the same and it was because a free VST synth, i converted the clip to audio track and deleted the VST and works fine now. Some plugins crash mixcraft.

Plugins are software programs and all software programs have bugs and incompatibilities. Some more than others.
