PRV Controller Data nolonger editable [Solved]

Post by sjoens »

You can right-click a controller node to add, delete or edit it. For some reason this quit working for me today after I installed the 64 bit version. Having both 32 & 64 bit versions has resulted in some other odd behaviors as well but this is the most noticeable so far.

Also, I noticed they can't be moved horizontally by time position. Only vertically for velocity. Feature request?!

Hi,

Having both 32- and 64-bit versions shouldn't cause any problems at all. You installed them in separate folders, correct? What is PRV controller data?

PRV=Piano Roll View.

Apparently the problem wasn't MC8 but me forgetting you can't right-click edit a velocity controller like you can a pitchbend or pedal ON/OFF controller. Says so right in the manual. :roll:

The other issues are also O/E (operator error).

Still would be nice to be able to move controllers vertically, tho.

Hi,

Velocity CC messages move with the notes, of course, so you can just select the notes and move them.

In regard to the other kinds of CC messages, thanks for the suggestion!
