Hi,
Once something is measured or sampled it causes a change to the original. We work with the best copies of what we record with digital gear and good analog front end. I like to think that we paint with sound, mixing sounds like a painter mixes colour for a work of art. It is art. Sound is affected by the environment it is in ( room / space ) ,the mics used to pickup that sound, and the electronics used to process the sound. Then when played back, that environment affects the sound again. We now have an infinite canvas to work with. Keep it simple and have fun creating.

Well thank GOD, I thought it was about "CEREAL KILLERS".

Speaking of vocals and chips, here is the artist I'am working with presently.

I have actually worked with chips before, here is a good example of my work.

To the original poster, I in no way wish to derail your post. I'm just having a little friday night fun and hope to see many tips and tricks to help me also.
