Hi All,
I was thinking it would be great, in lieu of a recent suggestion about MC having a daily tip window, for us to share our little discoveries and tips that we come across as a way of learning more of the ins and outs of MC.
So to start out with, I learned today that you can right-click the piano button on a virtual instrument track to directly open the VST instrument window for that track instead of the instrument preset window. If there are multiple instruments then multiple windows will open up. How cool is that? Sometimes I don't need to open the instrument preset window so this is a great time saver.

Hi,
And if you Ctrl-right-click on that Change Instruments button, you can put away all the virtual instruments. The same thing goes for FX.

That's cool, I didn't know that! I always left-clicked on the piano icon of a virtual instrument track, then moved the mouse down to the [EDIT] button and clicked that, each and every time
Good tip, friend!

@carllackey:
Do you have an instrument previously selected? It wont do anything with nothing inserted. Same with the previously mentioned FX functions.....
@bigaquarium:
Have you seen these? (try one a day! )
