Hi,

For the past few days I've been unable to download the update for build 418.
I keep getting the same error everytime: ''Launcher Error. Archive integrity Check Failed"
I was wondering if someone else has that problem and if there's a fix for it because I tried everything and it does not work.

Are you using the "Check for Updates" utility from inside Mixcraft? Alternatively, you can download any build straight from the Acoustica website:

https://www.acoustica.com/mixcraft/download.php

When I experience DL problems, first I clear the browser cache and history, restart the browser then try again. If that fails, I try a different browser - say, instead of Firefox, use Google Chrome. One of those usually does the trick.

I was now able to download the file (finally) through Internet Explorer but I still keep getting the same error message unfortunately

Your anti-virus software might be blocking the patch.

I will send you your registration email, and you can update by downloading and installing from the link in the email.

I have the same, but different problem while trying to download build 418.

The update utility throws an error that says the laptop is not connected to the internet. I"ve tried it with two different browsers: Fire Fox and Edge.

Microsoft just blessed this laptop with an update to build 1809 two days ago. That's the only thing that's changed to the laptop.
