Compatible Surface Controllers for MixCraft 8

I'm thinking about getting a Akai MPK249 Professional keyboard controller... Does anyone have one, your thoughts?

I have a M-Audio CTRL49... it'll be very similar to Akai under the hood since they're related. After setting up the CTRL49 in the settings (which is very easy to do - lots of very helpful videos from MC University), it went straight to work with no problems. So I would imagine that the Akai MPK249 will play fine too.

To be honest, I went for the CTRL49 because it comes shipped with VIP. Otherwise, I probably would have bought the Akai.

Re compatible surface controller for mixcraft 9. In earlier posts it was stated that the Behringer xtouch level meters didn’t work in mixcraft 8. Had this problem been fixed in MC 9 pro. Many thanks.
