Notation in mixcraft - a couple of questions

Hi,

I really like Mixcraft after using many other DAW's which were too over-complicated for me. I just have 2 questions that are really essential things for me.

1) In the notation I really need to set a split point. I will be printing out the parts to give to players reading the treble clef. However the split point makes notes in the mid range split and turn into the bass clef. How can I change the split point here?

2) I need to extract each midi not from the notation. If you imagine a chord, say C maj "C E G C"

Is there an easy way to take each individual note "C" "E" "G" "C" and put it on a new track - then I would need to print and give to the players

Thanks for your help, really love the software.

Mixcraft sucks for notation, in my opinion. You may be better off starting from scratch with Musescore.

Yes, the best idea would be to export as a midi file and import into the (FREE) Musescore. It's very easy to pick up how to use. I made this 12 second video to show my niece https://youtu.be/R69ZInhOz3U
