Panning is opposite

Post by daqsystems@gmail.com »

I have Mixcraft 8 Pro Studio. When I mix to MP3 all the panning is opposite of what it should be. Channels I have panned left are panned right, and vice-versa. Anyone else seeing this?

Out of curiosity what happens when you load the mp3 into MX8 as track and listen to it, is it still backwards?

Try mixing down to wav using the same sample and bit rates that you recorded with.

Strangely enough, I have noticed the same thing!
I'm now wearing left headphone on right ear and right on left to correct this when recording...

Assumed it was just me being a bit of a simpleton. However, mine isn't just with imported tracks, it's everything.

Maybe we've bought the Left - Handed version of the software!!!

Hi,

Same question: if you load the mixed-down audio file back into Mixcraft and play it there, is the panning still reversed?
