Melodyne Missing From MC8PS [Solved]

So I just upgraded to Pro Studio 8 and was wanting to tinker with the Melodyne Vocal Tuning Feature. I watched the video on MC University detailing how this is done and then loaded up the DAW and lo and behold there doesn't seem to be the button for Melodyne in the sound editor...Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

You probably just need to download and install Mixcraft 8 Pro Studio from the link in your registration email.

Hi,

Do you have the effects Acoustica 31 Band EQ and iZotope Mastering Essentials in your list of effects?

If not, you need to download and install Pro Studio.

If you do have those effects, then did you install Melodyne at the end of the Pro Studio install? If you did, did you get an error message, or did it install successfully?

If you didn’t run the Melodyne install at the end of the Pro Studio install, you need to run the Pro Studio installer and install it.

OK. As far as I know everything had been installed. All the extra FX and VSTs are there. I'll reinstall everything again.

I was never prompted to install anything extra.

Didn't end up needing to re-download. Uninstalled it then reinstalled it and everything is good. Thanks!
