Keyboard Shortcuts Not Working

Using MX8.1 PS 32bit build 418 all up to date

In the last few days I've noticed that all of the handy keyboard shortcuts I regularly use have just stopped working.
Undo, Re-do, Copy, Paste, Play (spacebar). I can still do all of these via the mouse but I really would like to restore this functionality. I'm unsure if I accidentally did something that "shut off" these shortcuts but I've also had it happen in the past and they've worked the next time I used the program but, like I stated, it's now been a few days and they're still not working.

Any ideas?

Hi,

There's no option to turn off keyboard shortcuts. Make sure that the Mixcraft window is in Windows focus. In other words, make sure that some plugin window or other program isn't gathering those keystrokes.

If that doesn't help, have you tried just restarting your computer?

I believe I've sorted it out. There was a tiny message box informing me Melodyne was expired, when opening any project, was shoved to the background an not noticeable. Got rid of that and everything seems to work. Weird

Might be good to enable customer assignable keys at some point in the future.

I have a mouse which allows me to assign key strokes to the mouse. Today I thought I'd assign the Musical Typing shortcut to my mouse (control alt k). So off I went and assigned the key stroke to the mouse.
Pressed the mouse button and up popped the Kindle Reader.
(Kindle reader was assigned to control- alt-k in the windows short cut key)

No big deal but maybe something to consider though.
