Voltage Modular Ignite.., where is it?

I don’t see Voltage Modular Ignite in my Pro 9 version. Is it supposed to be with the VST selection window?

If you got Pro Studio 9, log in at Acoustica.com to find your VM Ignite info. If that doesn't help, contact support at Acoustica.com.

Not quite the same topic as a missing registration info, but I'm getting a "purchase code does not exist" error when trying to redeem the VM Ignite purchase code.

EDIT: I see what happened, I tried using the code presented in my registration email(s) instead of the ones from acdc.acoustica.com. Turns out the code given in the Voltage Modular email is actually my melodyne serial, not my Voltage Modular Ignite purchase code.

I'm having the same problem. Unfortunately, Acoustica has not updated my portal for MX Pro Studio 9 (or MXPS 8, for that matter). I put a ticket into support, we'll see what happens.
