GUI Problem

Post by MoxRox45 »

mx9 loads ok and looks similar to mx8 as far as fonts, track size, mixer tracks sizes, etc. But as soon as I undock mixer, sound, etc everything gets so small I can't even read the fonts. Fonts, track size, mixer tracks sizes all shrink to be unusable. Redocking or reloading does not solve the problem. All is good until I undock. To get it back to normal I have to close mx9, reopen then it's ok. Until I undock. As long as I don't undock it looks normal and functions like mx8. There is a glitch here.

I was facing the same issue as you, just run the troubleshoot for mixcraft 9 and then check if you are facing the same or it is rectified!

Hmm, that also happens to me too. Probably a bug. However, I like it smaller, so it would be cool if we could switch back and forth between the two sizes... But it shouldn't change on it's own like that.

EDIT: Happy Thankgivings

That's a weird one. I know it's not too helpful, but I just tried what you describe, and I don't have this issue.

Where is the troubleshoot for Mixcraft 9 located?

Thanks Jatin Thakur. The joys of windows 10.
Took a bit to figure out what you meant, but I right clicked on the mx9 icon on my desktop and found "troubleshoot compatibility". I clicked on it and just followed the instructions and it solved the problem.

Okay I also found "troubleshoot compatibility" with right clicking on the Mixcraft 9 Pro desk icon and it seemed to fix the problem... Thank you.
