Latency Question
Hi, I'm wondering if my settings here are okay. I just upgraded to Mixcraft 9 Pro and while I was setting it up I noticed the latency number field. I don't know much about latency other than what it is generally. Is this number high and if yes, is there anything I should do to get it lower? I use a Soundcraft Ui24r digital mixer for 20 pre-amps into Mixcraft. Thanks!

Re: Latency Question
Hi,
Try recording some stuff. If you notice a delay when you're recording, you can click Open Mixer, then decrease your buffer settings a bit. If you lower your buffer settings too much, you'll get audio skipping or maybe strange noises when you record. If the current settings seem to be working well for you, don't change a thing.

Re: Latency Question
Drop to 41000 sample rate and play around with a buffer size of 512. See what this gives you.
