Simple video fade

OK, I'm new to video on Mixcraft. I just want to fade a video to black at the end. Seem like is should be easy, but I can't find any reference to it. That's all I need. Thanks in advance!

Thanks Anorax! Sorry, been out of town. Yea, that will work! I'm just used to much 'simpler' apps that you somehow just pick 'fade' and it applies it. Now I understand the ability to customize the effects.
