my Mixcraft8 no sound

My system is win10,Buy through steam.
Install,open Mixcraft8,add music to sound track and play.So there is no sound.
What is the reason and how to solve it?

Hi,
Click on Mixcraft's File menu, select Preferences, and look at the Sound Device preferences. What do you have selected for the Playback Device option? That setting determines where the sound comes out.
If you're not finding an option that produces sound, you may need to download and install an audio driver from a manufacturer's web page, or you may need to check connections and volume controls.
