kontakt question

HI Gang
Can Kontakt 5 and 6 both live and get along in the same computer?

Hi,
I've never tried it. It seems like it should work, but that might be a question for Native Instruments.

Both 5 and 6 live together ok. Only problem I have is older tracks seem to always "find" v5 when I wanted to progress and use V6. I have removed V5 just for that reason not for any other compatibility reasons.

Yes they can and go by different names. Kontakt 6 is called Kontakt, 5 is called Kontakt 5. I keep both because I have two older machines that have older Komplete with Kontakt 5.
I have batch save and compress using K5 so my other machines can use those libraries.
