Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone has experience with Gullfoss in Mixcraft? I'm uncertain where to use it in Mixcraft.
Thanks.

I’ve never heard of it... Maybe ask on the Plug-in forum: https://forums.acoustica.com/viewforum.php?f=14

Where it has even less chance of being discussed than here?jlouvar wrote: ↑Sun May 03, 2020 5:56 am I’ve never heard of it... Maybe ask on the Plug-in forum: https://forums.acoustica.com/viewforum.php?f=14
Nonsense IMO.
@bman76 I was under the impression Gullfoss was Mac OS only?
Ive only seen it used in ProTools and Studio One on a Mac so far.
If I am wrong about this, maybe a more specific question would be helpful. "Where to use it"? I am not sure what you mean, but:
I think the original intent was to use it on the 2 bus, but it seems many are finding it very useful on tracks, and comparing it to iZotopes Neutron.

Hi Mark, It was only a suggestion.Mark Bliss wrote: ↑Sun May 03, 2020 6:45 amWhere it has even less chance of being discussed than here?

@bman76: Okay, I googled it and it seems it’s an EQ for MAC OS (Pro Tools, Logic, etc) so it’s unusable with Mixcraft. Other than that, I don’t know anything else about It.

Gullfoss- Popular multi-purpose smart EQ. I don't have any experience with it, but I think there are numerous threads on it over at gearslutz dot com.

Yes it's an amazing plugin. What I find is happening though is that when using it in mixcraft I hear no changes at all. I notice this by hitting the bypass that there'sno change. I thought it might be just incredibly subtle.
When I do it's after I've saved the file and converted to a wav file. Then i notice a massive change.
