Loaded Synths are Disappearing

I have a question concerning soft synth or vsti tracks in Mixcraft Pro 9.

I am using Sampletank 4 MAX loaded into Mixcraft Pro 9 to insert synths from their Syntronics collection. There is both a standard and a VST 3 plugin selection. The issue is happening with both versions of ST4. To be fair I haven't tried this with other vsti yet.

When I load a synth into Mixcraft it loads ok. My sound selection in the GUI works ok and the sounds play back to midi parts in the track.

The issue happens when I exit and reopen the project. The instrument is missing and I need to go back and reload it all over again. This happens after I am asked if I want to save the project on closing. I select yes. The next time I open the project synth sound is missing from GUI.

Are you using Mixcraft 9.0 build 460?

Get the problem to happen again, then quit Mixcraft and send us your mixcraft-log.txt file.

To find the mixcraft-log file, highlight the following line and press Ctrl+C to copy it:

Press the Windows Key+R to pop up the Run box in Windows. Click in the Run box and press Ctrl+V to paste in the line from above. Finally, click OK to go to the location of the mixcraft-log.txt file. Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.

Yes I have build 460.
I did as you requested. Log is attached. I accidentally stated I had build 420 in my support ticket.This is not accurate. I have the most recent build.
