Default preferences for new projects

Could I customize the new project defaults this way: 4 tracks should open in a new file and two of them will always open as instrumental tracks - virtual bass and drums.
Question #2. How to set up automatic track ordering for default? For example to place audio tracks first and then instrumental.

Make a template and select it when you open MC, it'll default to that one after the first time I believe.You could also star it making it a favorite.
