Transfer Settings to New PC

I've treated myself to a new PC. It should arrive in a few days. I've spent quite a bit of time over the years setting up MIxcraft how I like it and can't remember exactly what I've done or how I did it in some cases. Are there "configuration" or "settings" files that hold this sort of info. If so where can I find them? - given that I'm running Win10 on my old and new machines I'm assuming I should be able to just copy this sort of thing across

Here's where custom presets are stored:

Virtual instrument preset folder:
%appdata%\Acoustica\Mixcraft\InstPresets

Effect presets folder:
%appdata%\Acoustica\Mixcraft\FX

Effect chain presets:
C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\MetaPresets7

Omni Sampler custom presets:
%appdata%\Acoustica\Mixcraft\FX

Samples needed for custom Omni Sampler presets:
C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\Samples

Thanks Greg. I think I'll have a lot more trouble locating and re-registering my VST's. I'm not looking forward to this at all!
