Earlier I bought a copy of mixcraft 9 pro and went thru the retrieval code process but didn’t get the registration code to complete the process . What is the issue? My funds went thru and I was looking forward to downloading the new software.

Did you check in your spam folder? Or you can always go to your account at Acoustica, all of your registration information is there. Use the email that you used to purchase MC.
