I have an Antelope discrete 4 synergy core and I have long issues with mixcraft recognizing the interface. Any help would be appreciated.

Have to ask, got drivers installed properly? It says USB/thunderbolt, is there a 'switch' or something? Tried different USB ports and cables? Not using a USB hub.....
