Simple mono out on master?

Post by freightgod »

I think some DAWs have a "mono output" option on the master bus, but I've searched the manual and I guess Mixcraft doesn't.

I need a super simple "mono" out so I can feed a couple stage monitors. What's my best option?

Never mind! I found Monomaker

Suggestion for next iteration of Mixcraft: add a "mono" button to the master track!

If you have Mixcraft Pro Studio the included ToneBoosters Ferox Tape Emulator has a mono/stereo switch. It's latency-free (well, 3 samples) so I just leave it on the master bus on the "Very Clean" preset. It acts as an output protector too ...
