It would be very useful if I could resize a selection of audio in the sound tab instead of having to reselect the entire audio again. It should work where you hover over the left or right size of the selection and it would then allow you to resize it.
a quick solution is to select that area, then Cut it, and Paste it in the same spot and then use time stretch on the new baby clip. You'll have to drag the remaining clip further away to accomodate the stretch.
