East West Play not loading in MX9

Play 6 has been working fine and suddenly, and for no reason I can think of it will not load.
I tried "manage Plug-ins" and it is listed as "unable to load",
I tried rescanning, I tried updating and reinstalling play 6,
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling MX9 but no luck.
I put in a ticket on Kayako thing but I figured I'd try here too.
One thread I saw on a different forum suggested looking at the Play_VST_64.dll and seeing if Mixcraft thinks it "isBad" or "isVST" is marked as false (not 100% sure what that all means).
I tried looking in the regedit but that's about where my technical expertise ran dry. Any help is much appreciated as I currently rely pretty heavily on my EW libraries.
By the way: I use EW Spaces II and it works fine.

Hi,

Go into "Manage Plug-Ins" and put a checkmark next to Play, then click OK and restart Mixcraft.

If that doesn't help, quit Mixcraft and send us your mixcraft-log.txt file.

To find the mixcraft-log file, highlight the following line and press Ctrl+C to copy it:

Press the Windows Key+R to pop up the Run box in Windows. Click in the Run box and press Ctrl+V to paste in the line from above. Finally, click OK to go to the location of the mixcraft-log.txt file. Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.

OK I tried the manage plugins, no luck, I sent in a ticket with the log attached thanks!

OK so after a week of problem solving and working with Greg and then, ultimately, with the East West support, (problem was with Play)
A full uninstall and wiping play completely off my computer, then reinstalling worked. Specifically I had to go to the Program Data folder and use the uninstall program there, and then completely delete the folder and anything related with play. Then I reinstalled and after going in to manage plug ins in Mixcraft and ticking play, restarting... voila! back in business!! Thanks so much for the help Greg! I love Mixcraft I'm glad the problem seemed to be with the Play software and not Mixcraft.
