I know the answer but I would have to type it in English with approximately correct spelling, syntax and grammar so I really don't want to waste your time.

You can do it through MIDI. You will need a hardware Synth, Drum machine, or additonal computer that can accept MIDI.
Create a MIDI track for the drummer.
Use <External MIDI Device> as the instrument
Select an output port to go to external hardware.
Computer > Mixcraft > Audio Interface > MIDI > External Hardware > Headphones > Drummer

The way I would do this would require an interface with additional available channels and a mixing board. Routing a cue mix back out of the DAW and into a dedicated channel on a live sound mixer that supports this arrangement.
I have'nt done live sound in years and never incorporated a DAW, but I believe that using Mixcraft's output channels would be part of the solution.
