How to get the new build 468

I have Mixcraft 9 pro studio and installed the Melodene 5 update and now need the update build 468 The problem is I cant launch look for updates from the menu as it crashes when I open it. Look around but do not see where I can down load it

Or open Mixcraft, go to Help>check for updates. Remember to close MC before the patch starts..

Thanks for the reply my problem is I can not get to the check for updates as I get the fatal error message and then when I click it shuts Mixcraft down just wondering if I have to do a complete reinstall sent a email to support but not heard anything back

Did you read the instructions in Greg's link? You can download the full v468 installer from your acoustica account.

You "should" be able to install it over your existing program. If it doesn't work, just do an uninstall, then install the new build.

Hi,

The patcher doesn't work correctly for some people, and we haven't been able to figure out why. It hasn't happened to any of us. Maybe some over-enthusiastic anti-virus program? Who knows.

But as Jon points out, installing with the full installer will make everything right.

Thanks for all the help I did a complete reinstall of 9 pro Studio and it cleared everything up and no more crashes. Appreciate all the help
