Hey there!
I am working on some live sets where I insert many inputs (like voice, bass, guitar, sax...), process them inside mixcraft and then send them in multiouts to the main hardware mixer.
As I use loads of plugins, on ultra low latency, sometimes Mixcraft slows down or makes some plocks, which is pretty annoying on public performances. I'm doing my best to lower the plugin ressources, but at some point I was thinking...
Why wouldn't you make a live mode on Mixcraft 10? Like minimal visuals (No scope, etc...) with a direct-optimized audio processor? I don't know if that's already in it, but if not that would be cool!
A low ressources, live oriented, mixcraft session?

Hi,
It doesn't get mentioned much, but you can go into Display preferences for some options like that. There's stuff like an option to limit drawing on playback and whether to display waveforms.
We should probably be recommending these options to more people with audio buffering issues.

I always wondered what that was. I think it's the way it is worded. Kind of cryptic. But then, I should also be reading the manual.Acoustica Greg wrote: ↑Wed Dec 23, 2020 11:16 am Hi,

Great tip.
I, too, look forward to one day reading the manual.
