HELP!

I got a new computer and reinstalled mixcraft 8 pro studio. when i went to reactivate melodyne it gives an error saying i need to contact celemony. I tried manually entering the serial number and all it says is that number is already in use. i upgraded to melodyne 5 , now melodyn is completely gone from mixcraft and i can only open it by itself
