Recovering a project

Hi, I need to to recover a project on Mixcraft 9 Pro Studio.
So I was working on this project when it crashed. I went to reload it again and a window popped up to say that not all the tracks may be there. When I continued the load up I was missing all my guitar tracks, bass tracks, drum tracks and some synth tracks. I've found the project within my documents file in explorer under mixcraft projects but can't figure out how to transfer them back onto the DAW.
Any ideas please?

Yay! It's all good. Figured it out. Back on track ( no pun intended).
