Is Faderport Controller issue shelved until MixCraft 10?

Just curious.., is the issue of the PreSonus Faderport 1 not working properly in MixCraft 9 being shelved till MixCraft 10?

I went and tested it on another laptop I have that has MixCraft 8 Pro, just to see if it’s an issue specific to 9 Pro. It’s unfortunately not and the same problems occur in 8 Pro.

Has Acoustica looked into the last firmware update to the Faderport series to see if there are some issues of conflict with that update?

We don't plan to update Mixcraft 9 any further at this time. Mixcraft 10 is coming, but I don't know whether this issue will be addressed. We don't have a Fader Port for testing. I'll file a problem report.

Are there any other FaderPort users out there? Is everyone having the same experience?

I got one when I was using Reaper and also could not get it to work. The Reaper forums also showed other users with the same problem. Fortunately I was able to return it to the music store. When I explained the problem the guy, he said it's designed to work with ProTools and couldn't vouch for any other DAW's

It isn’t ProTools, its primary is PreSonus Studio One, but it has presets for other DAW’s. The preset for “Live” is the one reported to use with MixCraft.
