No reason why it shouldn't. Although I don't have that particular plugin, I do have Echoboy and Sie-Q; both by Sound Toys.
Never had any problem with either but just make sure you meet the minimum requirements

They have some good stuff.
And really almost all plugins are compatible with almost all DAWs (assuming VST format and allowing for the OS of course...).
