Hi,
I have a question about the legality of the shared licence. We have a project that has three people in it and we are thinking of buying Mixcraft together for our studio use. Although we would use it primarily with one computer my question would be that if we needed to install Mixcraft to other than just one computer would it be legal in the limits of the Mixcraft licence?
Also, after buying the Mixcraft are all samples from the default library also legally usable in commercial use as they are there without any modifications or sort?
Thanks.

Re: Legal questions
A personal license is for the purchasers use on their personal computer. Not your friends, band mates, collaborators or your brother-in-laws.
They should be buying their own copy.
The samples and loops are licensed to the customer and royalty free for use in your music. They may not be re-sold/re-distributed as-is.

Re: Legal questions
Here in the forum Acoustica has stated before that we're allowed to install on up to three computers, as long as they're our own.
