How come such a sophisticated sofware doesnt have the simplest thing that was made 20 years ago..
I selected some Sample Tracks and I want to turn them into a new Audio Track..
AKA Sample Merge..
there is something in the right click menu called Merge.. but i have no idea what it does..
please tell me if its possible..
also what about Time stretch .. like making a singer sing faster or slower..?

Re: OK....Mixing Selected Track
Merge does just that...it merges 2 individual audio tracks into 1 audio track. You need to select 2 individual tracks (on the same fader of course) and these 2 separate tracks are usually side by side.

Hi,
Besides selecting multiple clips and selecting Merge (or pressing Ctrl+W), you can also right-click to the left of a track and select Mix to New Audio Track to "bounce" the entire track.
There are several ways to time stretch - one quick way is to hold down the Ctrl key and drag the end of the clip.
