Hi!
I've created a project in 12/8 and 150 bpm. Sometimes I change my time (and drums) and I use 4/4, some other times I speed up to 175 bpm. I do this by placing checkmarks in Mixcraft project. My band fellows do not use Mixcraft so I export midi drums file to allow them to work on it. Unluckily they will find with a 4/4 150 bpm with no change of time nor bpm. What should I do to export bpm and time of my project in the midi file? Thank you!!

Hi,
If you load the MIDI file back into Mixcraft, do you see the time signature changes? Use Open Project on the File menu.
If so, the time signature changes are there, and the other program isn't detecting them. They should check and see if there's a setting they can change or some other technique in the other program to pick those up.

Hi! I've opened it with Mixcraft 9, where I create it, too and it gives me a fixes 4/4 150 bpm time

Hi,
Did you open it by clicking on the File menu and selecting Open Project?

Hi,
Yes, that's the way it's designed to work. So, the time signature information is being stored in the MIDI file, and it's up to the other program to load it properly. The other program may have a setting that can be changed or a different way to load the MIDI files.
