Static automation lane

Post by joss »

I can't figure out how to make the track automation follow the clip when you move it.
If it cannot be done and to do this you have to automate directly in the clip, what is the use of the track automation lane?
My apologies, is that I am a very beginner.
Sorry for the translation, it may create some confusion.
I also apologize if it took me a while to respond, there is a time difference in the country where I live and it could coincide at night.

Hi,

If you want to move everything in the project over, highlight the area you want to move over, then right-click on the selection in the timeline and select "Insert Selected Time."

If it's just one clip, you could copy and paste the automation.
