Mixing a track. One side sounds louder in headphones.

Post by tez92 »

Been using mixcraft for years. Lately I have noticed certain projects after I mix it down to mp3 or wav it sounds louder in one side of the headphones. Why? I record in left channel, and tracks automatically set to mono. I'm using a 2i2 focusrite 2nd and 3rd gen. I tried panning my final mix the opposite side but sometimes its still there or its now sounds louder on that side. Anyone else has this problem? Any solutions?
