MCU Pro / XT playback screen issues with mx craft 9 pro

Using mx craft 9 pro with win10 pro
Using MCU pro /xt controller via USB all basic functions work well, very happy that mix craft supports a makie controllers
But now the when I hit the play back or record button I lose track info on the MCU pro
Screen again everything else works just fine
Wondering if there's a tip or trick I've over looked in mix craft 9 setup with this controller ..???
All cables and ports check out fine and are working properly is it possible a script thing ?
Don't recall any issues with mx craft 8 pro
