Hello There,
I am having issues with Mixcraft Pro Studio 9 crashing when trying to render a video I am working on.

2 things happen.

1- sometimes it just crashes and Mixcraft disappears
2- I get the following error: Mixcraft has encountered error 17 (0x0) while trying to render video and it tells me if it continues to contact tech support.

I have not changed any settings, using the default
And it worked for my previous project.
All I am doing is taking a few MP4s and splicing the videos together.

I am using Mixcraft Pro Studio 9 build 469
And these are my laptop specs:

Display: 15.6" Full HD LCD Display (1920 x 1080)
Processor: 2.60 GHz Intel® Core™ i7-10750H 6 Core ProcessorMemory: 12 GB of DDR4 SDRAM
Storage: 512GB Solid State
DriveGraphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB dedicated graphics
Operating System: Windows 10 Home

Hi,

The next time that happens, quit Mixcraft and send us your mixcraft-log.txt file.

To find the mixcraft-log file, highlight the following line and press Ctrl+C to copy it:

Code: Select all

%appdata%\Acoustica\Mixcraft\
Press the Windows Key+R to pop up the Run box in Windows. Click in the Run box and press Ctrl+V to paste in the line from above. Finally, click OK to go to the location of the mixcraft-log.txt file. Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.
