Hi, hope the answer is YES.
So I'll be converting my MIDI tracks to AUDIO in order to work on a final mix of my song. However this "Mix to audio" seems to bake the effects in the audio file.
I'd like to Mix to new audio track, while keeping the effects separate, so that I can still modify them after when I need to. Is this possible? Is there a setting where the MIDI will turn into AUDIO, AND the new track will maintain the same effects chain?
Thanks!
Andre

Hi,
You could bypass the effects before you mix to the new audio track.

Ah, and when the audio track is rendered, I can just ALT-drag the effects chain from the MIDI track onto the audio track? That would work.Acoustica Greg wrote: ↑Fri Nov 19, 2021 9:33 am Hi,

It will be if the level of the new audio track is exactly the same as that of the MIDI track. If it isn't there will be differences in the way the effects are driven.
