Vocoder Problem

Post by Stubby03 »

I upgraded to Mixcraft 9 Pro studio last week. Thought I'd play with the vocoder. I followed the youtube video about it. I have the mic working just fine. But I have no sound in the carrier channel. It registers on the vocoder interface, carrier in. But I am not showing anything on my mixer channel. What am I doing wrong. If I crank up my headphones, I can slightly hear the notes when using my keyboard.

Yup, you always need a MIDI file and an audio file to get sound. If you have just one or the other, you get nothing.
