I am mixing songs for a 12 song CD project and I am noticing that as I continue to mix more songs I am having more and more trouble with the program having playback problems. It will start and stop a lot. This was not happening when I first started with my first three songs or so. I am wondering if I am saving my projects correctly. I save each song in the example projects file and I save them each as a seperate project. Should I be saving all the songs as one project? Could this be causing my playback problems?
Thanks

The usual cause of issues like this is that your computers cpu and ram are having trouble processing in real time. In short, you need to free up some resources by shutting down all other running programs, including those in the system tray (by your clock). Also you should use MSCONFIG to stop programs from starting when you boot your pc.
Make sure you have the latest build of Mixcraft as well.
