Would someone mind telling how on earth they got
addictive drums downloaded ffrom internet, then
onto mixcraft 5. I tried to go under virtual instrument,
click the piano icon, nothing.
Even got my computer wiz friend, he says,
there's nothing in there.
Help! It's been 2 weeks.

Hi,
If you clicked on "Change Instrument" to the left of an Instrument track and then selected "VSTi Instruments," you should see Addictive drums in the list. If you don't, there are several possibilities:
1. It is a 64-bit version of the plugin (Mixcraft can only load 32-bit plugins).
2. You put the plugin in a folder that Mixcraft is not searching. You can edit the VST folders in the Effects preferences, but be sure to only add actual VST folders to that list (otherwise Mixcraft could hang).
3. Addictive Drums crashed and Mixcraft added it to the VSTignore.ini file in Mixcraft's folder. If that's the case, you can edit the VSTignore.ini file using notepad and remove that entry.
